  10.     I am fairly new to programming and I was just wondering: how
  11. important is computer SCIENCE(ie, the theory, stuff like trees, priority
  12. queues, quicksort, AVL trees, etc) to industry?  I mean, I know it has to
  13. have some applications, but how often do pro programmers(say, working for
  14. Microsoft or such) resort to theory?
